The water bills are due by the 10th of the month, if they are not paid by the 10th a penalty goes on the bill. If the bill is not paid by the 20th the water is shut off and is a $25.00 reconnect fee plus your bill to have it turned back on. The gas (only) bills are due by the 15th of the month. If for some reason the customers do not receive a bill by the 10th of the month they need to call the office for their balance. Currently there are several ways to pay your bill, you can mail them to the following address. CUD Mailing Address: Claiborne Utilities District P.O. Box 606 New Tazewell, TN 37824 or pay at the main office which also has a drop box located at CUD Street Address: Claiborne Utilities District 630 Davis Drive New Tazewell, TN 37825 Also you can pay your bill at any of the Citizens Bank locations in Tazewell or Harrogate.
