It is the policy of Claiborne Utilities District that applicants must come

into the office to complete required paperwork for new services during normal business hours

 Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

Required for new service:

     * State/government issued photo i.d. (example drivers license)

     * Phone number

     * Social security number 

     * Property address

     * Billing address if different from property address

     * Full payment of the meter connection fee and required deposits, please see rates for current amount. 

For your convenience, the applications for new service are available for printing below. They may be completed in advance and brought to our office along with your photo I.D. and payment.
